The Moderna vaccine is recommended for 6 months +


One additional booster is approved for individuals 65yr + who have received their first bivalent booster at least 4 months ago. 



*Provider's approval required for individuals who are younger than 65yr and immunocompromised

Get tested for COVID-19. We use a Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) designed to detect very small amounts of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in a specimen. The test is performed using a nasopharyngeal swab and works by first amplifying - or making many copies of - the virus's genetic material, if any is present in a person's specimen.
