Four Rivers Family connect families to services and supports to make parenting easier. Their website offers parents the most up to date information regarding family friendly resources in the community.
As a part of a grant from OPEC, the hub has adopted the Nurturing Parenting program as a “Signature Series" for giving families useful tips and tools for supporting children as they learn and grow. Four Rivers Family partners with organizations to provide funding for parenting education classes, workshops, family activities, and parent cafes as a resource to parents in the region.
Four Rivers Family works in collaboration with many agencies within the region to bring you resources like the Parenting in the Four Rivers Region Resource Guide.

Free Activity Boxes of arts & crafts supplies for children 0-5 in Wasco, Hood River, Sherman, Gilliam and Wheeler Counties. Four Rivers Early Learning Hub
The Four Rivers Early Learning Hub (4RELH) serves to create a network of early childhood systems that are family-centered and ensure that all children have equal opportunities to help them be school ready and succeed.
4RELH works across the five sectors of early learning, health, human services, K-12 education, and private sector partners to ensure positive family outcomes.
Working together to give all children and an equitable start – across Gilliam, Hood River, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler Counties, where children thrive in stable and attached families, enter kindergarten ready to engage in meaningful learning and live in communities where people work together with intention and purpose.
